*(Memoir) In Mexico a common sight might be a ten-year old boy pushing a street cart filled with 'paletas' or popsicles, many with exotic tropical flavors you would not find in the states. Their watermelon popsices are 'to die for' and look, smell & taste like fresh watermelon. They leave the black seeds in, which you have to spit out. One of the small joys of living & working in Mexico.
