When I was in Paris, I remember TRYING to eat a crepe with Nutella while sitting at a cafe'. The darn thing was dripping all over my face and almost down the front of me. Then I see some elegant Parisian woman wearing stilettos gliding along the cobblestones while gracefully eating a Nutella crepe. I could neither navigate the cobblestones in heals (barely did it in hiking shoes) or eloquently negotiate with a Nutella crepe. I guess I am too American.
it's so true! how in hell do they walk those cobblestones in heels! even the old ladies - they look beautiful in their hats & gloves...that is Paris - I love it
and I wish I'd never tasted Nutella - stuff is to die for
