They don't necessarily warn you either. I was eating at a restaurant in Montreal, probably the most expensive I'd ever eaten at, and I take a bit of desert, and, all of a sudden, pop rocks crackling in my mouth.

Yes, I just had a similiar experience with an orange-vanilla-custard-confection, drizzled in creme anlgaise--and these homemade dreamsicle poprocks sprinkled on top! YUM-MO.
