Six Word Memoirs on Life Stories

Backstory

Alrighty, so I know this is a common question and not too original but I feel it's the best fit for my situation. I also know that there are many many things in life that will never work out. However, it would be so nice for that one thing you are so excited and looking forward to for weeks to work out. Well not today.. First off i'm not in the best financial boat. However, I found a good deal on a truck that I have wanted for years. So I took the chance and purchased it because i was told it ran great. I went to pick it up put it in drive and took off! I got to the person's house that was helping by driving my other car. I told them to hop in and lets go for a drive I put it in reverse and pressed the gas! just to go absolutely no where.... transmission fluid was out. So i put some in it went in to gear and everything. Apparently the tires did not get the memo though. So now the truck I have been wanting is down at the shop for a couple of more days. This is a big disappointment and did not work out. But hopefully soon it will!!
