Glad I'm not in marketing. I'd swiftly go from there to unemployment! Whenever I tell anyone about Smith, they just tilt their head, sort of squint at me, silently wondering how to get away....I lose them at "You write your memoir in SIXwords." Since I'm such a quiet person, all my friends tend to be big talkers. Six words would never suffice for them! Their memoirs are always six volumes. :)
