It's funny, the first time I heard it used, I liked it. Seemed kind of reassuring, like everything would be all right. But then, it just started grating....thanks for expressing this in six.
I love it's use in the lyrics to Les Miserables' song of the same title. Might be the only good way to use this phrase.
