Walnut cookies, fruitcake made with salt pork and rum, apple fritters, multiple kinds of pickles, buttermilk biscuits, among others. All of the recipes start with someone's name, e.g., Great Aunt Jessie's Buttermilk Biscuits, Grandpa Poe's Chunk Pickles, etc.accidentaltourist says,
