If I could eat cheese, I'd want lasgne. The Australian sixers talk about it and it makes me hungry! I miss cheese most, after butter. I am having leftover catfish and quinoa from yesterday. And some carrots.
Those all sound fantastic! I went with spinach and cheese enchiladas with rice, beans, avocado, and tomatoes.
I think I am going to go with Autumn's idea tomorrow! Too much cheese makes me sick, but it definitely is a comfort food.
I made an "apple pie omelet" the other day that was fantastic! If anyone wants the recipe let me know and I'll forward it to you :)
for either tomorrow (saturday) or sunday, throw all the ingredients for your favorite chili recipe into a crockpot first thing in the morning and let it simmer on low all day and fill your house with delicious aromas. then make a salad and some cornbread. have a great weekend :)

Fresh Red fish that was caught today by hubby. I make french fries to go with it and picked-up some Deli cole slaw. The fish melted in my mouth.canadafreeze says,
