My husband and I have never had a stilted conversation. It is quite the opposite, as we both like to talk at once to tell each other the latest news or whatever. I always have more news as I am a more social person. Also he depends a lot on me for picking out his clothes, cooking, sewing, and just about all domestic chores. He is a man who can fix anything that is broken. I would be lost without my soulmate.
That sounds really nice, maryjane31. I wonder if there are different kinds of soulmates depending on what we need? Like, for instance, some people need help growing and so they find soulmates who help peel away the onion layers, which can be painful. They may not be the person you stay with forever. For others, soulmates are that magical person like you have. We all aspire to have that.
I think some of us need several soulmates before we can get to the magical one that makes us feel at home.
Anyway, that' s just what I think.

Of course. Soulmates usually help you to see things about yourself and that is not always pleasant. But it's their job!maryjane31 says,
