Hannahmo - I was debating between blue and green for you! Green is a great color for you--nice and gentle and soothing, like you.

Good guesses on my fav color, and pretty close in both cases! I love taupe - light brown - my daughter laughs at me about that; and orange is a new favorite just this past year. BUT, not my all time, all answer, first-to-come to mind favorite color. There's a funny story that will with it if anyone guesses. A bigger hint is that some people will argue it is not a color....

Not white. Great guess, though based on my hint. It is black. Has been for long, long time.

I wear lots of colors now, but I feel most comfortable in black. I think because I'm such an emotional empath, it helps protect me, in a way, from all the feeling swirling around me when I go out. I love black purses, and shoes. They just seem so elegant.

My funny story is that I married a Methodist minister once. It didn't last very long. But, the church gave me a huge shower party. One of the games we played involved asking me my favorite color and then everyone was supposed to throw something from their purses into the "pot" that had my fav color. Not sure now the purpose, but there was one. They had teams, so maybe the side with the most items of that color won.

Anyway, they were all happy and laughing and asked me my color. So I said "black". Suddenly there was complete silence in the hall. They were so shocked or something. My step-daughter, the mininster's 10-year old daughter, matter-of-factly said, "It's OK. It really is her favorite. She's wierd like that!" And that broke the spell.... All the ladies then had to throw in their entire purses, because no one had anything in them that was black!! It was so funny.

Please, please, please, everyone, don't go silent! I'm OK really, it's just so elegant of a color (to me anyway) !! And orange and taupe are my runner ups! You gotta like someone who likes orange!

I have noticed that all the rainbow colors are favorites of somebody. And black and white too. Usually a color gets left out. Nice.
