We will start with a homemade soup. Any particular favorites? Next we will have our shrimp cocktail followed by the first course of prime ribs,roasted potatoes and at least 3 vegetables. Warm bread and rolls with butter also included.

It's very cozy in my studio, so we could have after dinner champagne here. But we'll have to stand with our arms in the air like they do at the very crowded holiday parties you see in the movies!

Okay, back to fluffy pancakes. I prefer fluffy. Not thin like the English pancakes. Not sure what Swedish pancakes are like, but I'm relieved to know that we can go back to fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Whew!
