Best: Going to a nutritionist. Because for everything I like to eat that's bad for me, she gives me a substitute delicious thing to eat. I thought I'd have to stop eating altogether!
Worst: Being talked into progressive bifocals in frames that have a sort of leopard design. I take full responsibility for this decision though. I was pretty sure I wouldn't like bifocals, but wanted to be open-minded. Secondly, I'm very conservative, but for some reason always think I can be wild and crazy (ie the leopard design frames). I can't. At least not for more than a minute!
Best: going to a 3 day training 2 1/2 hours away for a new job even though I had food poisoning the night before.
Worst: going out to dinner at a place called Snob with my new bosses after the 10-11 hour outside work day >drive>having been up all night. There were moments I thought I was going to pass out. all I had told them was that I feeling a "little" under the weather. The smell of the food..ugh.
I worked the next 2 days but needless to say...I didn't impress them at dinner, they offered me a lessor position, I passed.
A double best/worst.
Best: moving into our "fairy" house -- it is so quaint and lovely.
Worst: not risking my heart... for the fourth year in a row. Single forever, I think.
Best: Buying the perfect little house in a place I'm happy to be living.
Worst: Buying that perfect little house 700 miles from the man I love.

All in all, not a bad year decision-wise.
