Wench says,

Best: Break our lease here and move back home. There's no work here and we miss the city.

Worst: Let a relative live with us for a while earlier in the year. Some of you remember how that ended.

Dean6805 says,

Worst: Getting that Mitt Romney tattoo on my face.

Best: Sticking with Jen.

Dragonflower says,

Best: Going to a nutritionist. Because for everything I like to eat that's bad for me, she gives me a substitute delicious thing to eat. I thought I'd have to stop eating altogether!

Worst: Being talked into progressive bifocals in frames that have a sort of leopard design. I take full responsibility for this decision though. I was pretty sure I wouldn't like bifocals, but wanted to be open-minded. Secondly, I'm very conservative, but for some reason always think I can be wild and crazy (ie the leopard design frames). I can't. At least not for more than a minute!

All in all, not a bad year decision-wise.

NumbrOneAunt says,

best: joining SMITH! worst: not signing up for long-term care insurance. gotta do that...

ba_miracle says,

Best: going to a 3 day training 2 1/2 hours away for a new job even though I had food poisoning the night before.
Worst: going out to dinner at a place called Snob with my new bosses after the 10-11 hour outside work day >drive>having been up all night. There were moments I thought I was going to pass out. all I had told them was that I feeling a "little" under the weather. The smell of the food..ugh.

I worked the next 2 days but needless to say...I didn't impress them at dinner, they offered me a lessor position, I passed.
A double best/worst.

deary77 says,

Best: sticking with him while he was gone and falling in love despite the obstacles we had to face and the ones we still have to face.

Worst: quitting my job without having something lined up.

TheAngstyPoet says,

best: deciding to go to rutgers

worst: last friday night

accidentaltourist says,

My best and worst were one and the same...and I would do it again.

Bevvie says,

best: cataract surgery. worst: cataract surgery.

ctgoods2 says,

worst: won't jinx myself. every time i think it can't get worse, well you know...
best: committed to myself rather than everyone else.

treehugger says,

best: having my beautiful son. (ok, so not really a decision i made *this* year but still the best thing i did.)

worst: moving. what can i say? it seemed like a good idea at the time.

sisterpoet says,

Best: allowing myself to feel deeply
Worst: giving too much

lillybrook says,

Best: moving into our "fairy" house -- it is so quaint and lovely.
Worst: not risking my heart... for the fourth year in a row. Single forever, I think.

lillybrook says,

... of course, I should say that the Worst could change -- there are (what) 12 days left in the year?

catsmeow says,

Best: Buying the perfect little house in a place I'm happy to be living.
Worst: Buying that perfect little house 700 miles from the man I love.
