So many things but this one stuck. It was a home improvement show, showcasing green and environmentally low impact products.They tore up perfectly beautiful woods floors from and older home and replaced it with recycled flooring that looked like wood floor.

I think I may be too desensitized Tosh.0 should have come to mind first. Also the hyena eating the elephant...it still seems more natural to me than discarding hardwood for "green" flooring.When the gulf war was on T.V. 24/7 that was pretty surreal.
Documentaries showing the concentration camps in Germany (that people actively did that is still strange to me)
