"Always hurt the ones you love." - Dean, singing someone else's song, not sure whose, in Blue Valentine. Which is also my favorite movie. Watched the director's commentary last night with my husband and my respect for everyone involved doubled. Amazing movie.
"Short for Edwina. Turn t'the RIGHT!" -Holly Hunter, in Raising Arizona. I wouldn't say it's my favorite line ever, but it's been rolling around my mind lately. A terribly funny film, and one of the few times that Nicholas Cage actually nailed a character.
There's no crying in baseball - A League of Their Own (only five - someone can use my leftover word if their favourite happens to be seven letters)
Pretty much any line from Monty Python's, The Holy Grail.
"Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes." - The Godfather
"She's my sister... she's my daughter." - Chinatown
"...having an old friend for dinner." - Hannibal Lecter, "Silence of the Lambs"
