I always thought I would have been a “bold” pioneer, until packing up my luxury truck and trekking across country with 3 kitties. No wagon train, no way, no A/C, no heated seats, no cell phone or GPS...lol wimpy me.

The lunar landing, The first look through a telescope with enough power to realize that there were more worlds and we were in a universe (not in a snow globe world), in the room for the first images from the retrofitted Hubble and wouldn’t it be wonderful to get to see into a microscope where the smallest forms of matter were observable?
