What age should elders stop driving?

I think you have to pass an eye test and maybe others. I just renewed and down here they made me take a eye test which I passed on the first try thank heavens. Next time I renew I may have to take a driver's test I don't know as they said nothing to me. My record is clean. Old people can be very good drivers where young ones can be really dangerous and everyone has to look out for everyone else and not text.
