Colt_Mach1 says,

I have a Great-Great-Great-grandfather born in 1808 by the name of Green Wood.

Sagacious says,

I had a direct ancestor many generations back whose first name was Farquhar. I can't imagine going through life with a name like that.

Colt_Mach1 says,

Bigger question is what was Farquhar's nickname?

RachieRae says,

My grandmother's name is Fairy.

HiddenIdentity says,

I have two aunts somewhere down the line, whos names were Hortence and the other Lauti(pronouned Lotty).

Sagacious says,

I know where you're heading with this one and, yes, his nickname would no doubt be "fucker".

Colt_Mach1 says,

No no....just wondering , not filling in the blanks about ole Farquar

BTW, Green had a son. Named him Green Bush Wood. Really

marymc says,

Ulysses S. Grant. Yeah... that one.

MrsPremise says,

Grandma changed her name from Flora Belle, to Flossie Mae.
