I used to add 2 scoops of Rocky Road ice cream in my coffee. However, after doing this for years, I quickly realized that I can't possibly do that for the rest of my life, because my hips were telling me so. It was torture for the first few months going without the ice-cream in my coffee. Obviously I've recovered now.mom1st says,
