How much frustration is too much?

I don't have an answer to this one, but I do think it's a question a lot of people are asking right now...different situations, but the same question.

in health we talk about eustress, which is good stress, which motivates and challenges and results in satisfaction when problems are encountered and solved; and distress, bad stress when the number or extent of problems just becomes too overwhelming. It's then when you have to really think about what to do to preserve your own health and sanity. In my own life I've just had to accept some injustices that should have been addressed but never will be.
