Easy Christmas gift - purchase a 800g fruitcake (that's 1lb 12oz)crumble into a bowl, add 1/2 cup sherry or port and mix (add liquid slowly, mixture should be moist enough to form balls but not wet)Form into golfball sized balls, roll in cocoa,refrigerate. Decoratively place walnut halves over the mustard and brie. sprinkle some sugarsyrup brandy soaked raisins (or use tea, whisky etc) (or sultanas, currants)decoratively over the walnuts. gently warm the brie in the oven - about ten minutes and serve with bics etc and move outta the way!
