Easy Christmas gift - purchase a 800g fruitcake (that's 1lb 12oz)crumble into a bowl, add 1/2 cup sherry or port and mix (add liquid slowly, mixture should be moist enough to form balls but not wet)Form into golfball sized balls, roll in cocoa,refrigerate. Melt white chocolate or choc melts, drizzle over top of "puddings" and decorate with glace cherry pieces.Wrap in cellophane and tie with Christmas ribbon.
