Me too, marymc. Love to say one of the writers that eas in Midnight in Paris, but the truth is I would love to meet my favorite crime guy, Robert B. Parker. Ask him about Susan. Ah, heck, who am I kidding? I want to know more about Hawk!!
I always wanted to know why Sue Kaufman committed suicide. She wrote "Diary of a Mad Housewife." Very talented writer, but just ended her life without explanation that I know of.
There are so many I just can't think of one in particular right now. Give me a few minutes OK?
So many interesting southern women writers. If I had to choose one, it would be Eudora Welty. Her little book, "One Writer's Beginnings", is one of the few I have kept.

I'd love to come up with a classic, highbrow author, but honestly, I have questions for Olivia Goldsmith.Dragonflower says,

I liked Dominic Dunne. He wrote many books I enjoyed. Was so sorry to hear of his passing. Quite a character but his books were wonderful.TeaTopper says,
