accidentaltourist says,

Conflicted. Sad, misunderstood, lonely. Hopeful, but resigned.

Aren't you glad you asked? :)

marymc says,

Drowning in phlegm right now, so I'm a tad GrumpyCat.

Wench says,

Rested (strange), calm (also strange), relatively peaceful. Nathaniel having a job and us having hope on the horizon has made a big difference.

Dragonflower says,

Sad. Overwhelmingly sad. Sadness upon sadness.
The reason? So much loss in a short timeframe. DDC's, my own personal loss, my town's loss of two police officers, triggers of my younger losses. It all just seems too much. I am hopeful this sadness will lift though. Just have to be in it for a while. Thanks for asking.

jl333 says,

Feeling extremely hurt...was just enlightened that I wasn't hired for a possible caregiver job because the employer didn't like my personality! She said my personality was too aggressive. Aggressive? Me? Totally hurt that somebody would view me in this light. I associate aggressive with being mean. Aggressive? Ha!

maryjane31 says,

@jl33 they are really wrong on this one for sure!!! I would hire you in a second as a caregiver. Trust me, I can tell and I never met you in person. You would be just the person for a job as caregiver. You give me motivation just knowing you. This employer is NUTS and you don't want to work for her at all. I won't let you. :)

Believe says,

JL333,
Maybe they've confused 'aggressive' with vibrant and fearless.

Dragonflower says,

Jl333,well, were you standing on your head, perchance? In some circles that might be considered aggressive. :) just joking....

I'm with maryjane31. It doesn't sound like it would have been the right fit. You deserve to be totally appreciated for your fine qualities. You inspire me every day you comment or write!

And ps, i haven't forgot the photo i am thinking of taking for you. We just have rain right now. Tomorrow should be clearer. :)

canadafreeze says,

A little melancholy. It's my son's birthday, and I'm thousands of miles from him. Would like to make a French torte for him...

Sagacious says,

Relaxed. I worked last night and have had a few hours sleep. It's fine, sunny and warm. I can hear the gentle whoosh of cars driving down the road. Can't complain.

MO_Thoughts2 says,

Frazzled but well fed -- now starting to relax. My brother's truck broke down so he called for a ride from the service station to his house which is about a 50 or 60 mile round trip. Bonus was he had just bought a huge slab of ribs so we stopped at my house to sit, chat and eat before I took him home.

ErikaStellar says,

Satisfied. Just had Baileys in my hot chocolate night cap.

Layne says,

On standby. Things have been turning up lately. Ive recently had some success in life but im trying to believe it was me, what i did, not just luck. It's the first weekend it really feels like spring, so I have hope that my worries will be over soon enough. I just need to keep with it now.

KharisJo says,

Concerned. Husband in second week off work with depression; my job is winding up and I've applied for redeployment, ongoing concerns with autistic son and other son's engagement relationship. Trying to keep hopeful and optimistic.

lillybrook says,

marymc - we could be Kleenex buddies right now. Not loving it.

MsKillie says,

Tired- it's Monday!
Completely content- we had an extremely fun weekend jam packed full of fun, so it's nice to look back on all the adventures while I'm sipping my coffee and missing my warm bed.

Level1 says,

Frustrated. It was made clear to me today there are no opportunities at my company for me beyond what I am presently doing. I have been in this position at the same location for 9 years. I am so ready for a change. It is time to start looking for another job.
