Backstory

Smith story line! How it works is I'll start a story and then someone else adds another part, so on and so forth. You can post as many times as you want, just not consecutively.
Let's see where this goes!

leaned over and gave her a kiss before running outside through the kitchen. Eleanor sat back, putting her fingers on her lips, wondering.

"Excuse me, ma'am," a deep voice with plenty of authority, interrupted her reverie. "Where did the gentleman go who was just sitting here you?"

"No hablo Ingles" she replied, and turned back to her coffee.

Eleanor glanced up, surprised by his quick reply. He saw in a moment that she understood perfectly what he said. He took his overcoat off and slid into the booth, facing her.
