Dragonflower says,

If I could eat cheese, I'd want lasgne. The Australian sixers talk about it and it makes me hungry! I miss cheese most, after butter. I am having leftover catfish and quinoa from yesterday. And some carrots.

MO_Thoughts2 says,

Stir fried chicken with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, baby bella mushrooms and water chestnuts served over rice. And some sweet tea to drink. :-)

Believe says,

Peri-peri chicken, rice, and peas is what I had.

maryjane31 says,

Fresh Red fish that was caught today by hubby. I make french fries to go with it and picked-up some Deli cole slaw. The fish melted in my mouth.

canadafreeze says,

Chicken enchiladas over shredded lettuce with sour cream and guacamole.

unknown116 says,

Those all sound fantastic! I went with spinach and cheese enchiladas with rice, beans, avocado, and tomatoes.
I think I am going to go with Autumn's idea tomorrow! Too much cheese makes me sick, but it definitely is a comfort food.
I made an "apple pie omelet" the other day that was fantastic! If anyone wants the recipe let me know and I'll forward it to you :)

NumbrOneAunt says,

for either tomorrow (saturday) or sunday, throw all the ingredients for your favorite chili recipe into a crockpot first thing in the morning and let it simmer on low all day and fill your house with delicious aromas. then make a salad and some cornbread. have a great weekend :)

unknown116 says,

Thanks Auntie, you too!

jl333 says,

Pasta is always a good choice.
