What is pistachio fluff? For Christmas dinner I like the appetizers best.Stuffed mushrooms. My daughter makes them for me even though she hates mushrooms. She found the recipe just for me as a surprise for my birthday (near Christmas). It has cream cheese and sausage and onions and parmasean cheese on top. Or some kind of cheese. For dinner/dinner, I like pasta. We always opened our presents on Christmas Eve when I lived at home and we would have spagahetti because it was quick, so we could get to the presents. Turkey dinner was the next night. So pasta always says "Christmas" to me.
Well, there was that strange tuna salad mixture that my aunt used to make. There still is special lace in my heart for coleslaw in green jello with Cool Whip fluffed in, though I would never refer to it as congealed.
