This is a harder question for me than for other months. December is not a favorite month of mine. Never has been and sometimes I just hold my breath until it is over. However, over the years I've tried to embrace it more. So here goes:
Lights
Nice holiday romantic movies
That week between Christmas and New Years, when everything feels hopeful again with the start of a new year and things slow down again.
That's it. I only got three. But it is one more than last year.
Waking up Christmas morning and kissing my two handsome men.
Cold, still nights.
Presents, I'm not going to lie.
An excuse for warm sexy knee-high socks.
White Christmas lights.
Our Christmas dragon plant and homemade dried orange slice 'stained glass' ornaments that we made when we were dating.
Mincemeat tarts
The twenty third of December (it's a fake holiday that our family fabricated)
My students' recital
Making presents
Christmas morning with my girls
Holiday cards
