When does day-dreaming become wasted time?

My belief: Everything in moderation.

Daydreaming often recharges me and serves as a source of motivation and inspiration. It does become to much when it interferes with my daily living such as causing me to be late for appointments or put off calls that need to be made.

Fortunately, I'm acutely aware of this issue and I believe I have struck the ideal balance.
