I'm new. I'll bite. Feedback provides an immediate connection to members of the "community". Feature, if I get your meaning, is often a fleeting thing. Sometimes it gets a huge response ... sometimes, not so much. N'est pas?
Feedback, because I like you guys and also because when I've been featured, I rarely would have picked the piece that gets chosen. Also also because on my phone, navigation is such a pain I've actually completely missed being featured before, go me.
Feedback. The tricky thing is though that being featured usually leads to more feedback, not only on the featured six but others as well. I often find that I won't neccesaarily LOVE the chosen feature (of mine or others) but will click on it, which leads to clicking on their name, which results in reading their other memoirs, and I often find myself liking or commenting on other things they have written. I'm sure others do the same.
Now that I have convoluted my answer, I'd like to point out again that my answer is feedback.
Feedback for me is like wearing my favorite shoes, a hopefully everyday pleasure. Features are like my wedding shoes, I love to look at them, put them on, then I put them away to pull out another day.
About Six-Word Questions
SMITH Magazine brings you an entirely new kind of six-word experience: Six-Word Questions. This is the place to pose a question to the SMITH community from, "What are your favorite Six-Word quotations" to challenging members to pen Six-Word Obituaries to the recently departed to Six-Word jokes and any other Six-Word question you can dream up. You can even request that the responses be in six words. Everyone has a question—what's yours?

I enjoy the community that feedback brings. Features are nice too, because they sometimes result in great exchanges between members.canadafreeze says,

I love that the ones who love feedback gave feedback, explaining why...which is perfect in its symmetry.ctgoods2 says,
