*Apart from just 'plain dead' (take your pick: accident, disease, murder, old age or suicide), there are other forms of death few readers will see this way, namely: sadness, fear, anxiety, doubt, anger, faithlessness, lack of trust, concern for bodies & envy -all DEATH forms.
