I wouldn't say better, but certainly easier. I have one of each and the cat is MUCH lower maintenance than the dog. They each provide emotional return but it is the dog that is estatic to see me when I come home. The cat shows a more cautious attention. My previous cat was a complete affection junkie. Every pet is different and gratifying in it's own way :-)
One of my fav coffee table books is "Why dogs are better than cats" by Bradley Trevor Greive, so funny. Must say I love them all. Indiana above has a penchant for attention, likes to sit on top of whatever you're doing.
SMITH Magazine brings you an entirely new kind of six-word experience: Six-Word Questions. This is the place to pose a question to the SMITH community from, "What are your favorite Six-Word quotations" to challenging members to pen Six-Word Obituaries to the recently departed to Six-Word jokes and any other Six-Word question you can dream up. You can even request that the responses be in six words. Everyone has a question—what's yours?
