June brings daylilies that glorify fields.

Backstory

In her sequence of ten psalms titled "O Ye Tongues" (1974) American poet Anne Sexton wrote, "Rejoice with the day lily for it is born for a day to live by the mailbox and glorify the roadside."

Rejoice with the daylily for it is born for a day to glorify not only the roadside but also the field.
