Death-toll, 20 bald eagles a year

Backstory

For new proposed Carolina wind farm. Pretty soon, Bald Eagles won't need to be protected any more if all these proposed bird chopper farms get built, because there will not be enough left to sustain a breeding population. That's OK, wind energy is totally available 100 percent of the time, at full nameplate rating, right by the cities where it is most needed so doesn't need 100's of miles of transmission lines to bring it to the populace and is surely worth the small amount of bird kills and wide spread destruction of environment that comes with it
