Remember to bring your own chopsticks!
Backstory
I carry portable chopsticks in a case with me when I go out to eat (not always Asian food either!)and I have for the past 10 years. An insane amount of trees are cut down every year to make disposable wooden chopsticks for restaurants around the world. There are group/organizations that encourage folks to bring chopsticks with them to restaurants.
