Bullet Train exempt from Environmental Laws
Backstory
The California government committee running the CA Bullet Train project requested that both California and Federal environmental laws not apply to the California Bullet Train boondoggle. The hysteria-based community passes these onerous restrictions and don't care what harm it does to private industry and individual citizens.
