This one has some of my favorite Pekar Art in it. Like where he’s sitting in that chair…..
Nice going Rick!! Super clean as always!
It’s great to see Harvey’s adventures continuing here at the Pekar Project, even posthumously. This one’s classic–beautiful work, Rick!
Can I get the phone number for the woman at the garbage department? She’s pretty hot.
Well done, Rick! I can hear Harvey’s voice
and see his body language in each frame.
i love this site.it is really wonderful.the writing and the art.thanks to mr.pekar and all those talented illustrators.i was wondering if there are plans to publish the stories on this site as a book ?
Wonderful to discover this site, and this finely illustrated tale. That panel with the headset girl especially is more credit to the artist than H’s original - congrats on that! But “THE END”? Really?? Joyce, you did NOT pay that fine, did you?? I only knew H a bit back in the 70s but he would NOT have let that one go.
I hardly drop comments, but i did a few searching and wound up here Garbage Dispute | The Pekar Project.
And I actually do have some questions for you if it’s allright.
Could it be just me or does it seem like a few of these responses appear like they are written by brain dead folks?
And, if you are posting on additional sites, I would like to keep up with
anything fresh you have to post. Would you list of all
of all your community pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
