Call for Submissions: McCain-Palin Haiku

Three winners will have their haikus published in The Nation. Ten finalists will be chosen and then the three winners will be voted on by you and other People For the American Way supporters. Your haiku should either: 1) connect Sarah Palin and/or John McCain to the Far Right or to what’s at stake this election; 2) or, mak the connection between the 2008 Election and the future of the Supreme Court. Read more about the contest guidelines and submit your haikus here. The Deadline is Wednesday, October 15—debate day.
