A new me. A new mission.

Backstory

I am a former dancer, but also a Veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. I served as a US Marine in Fallujah in 05-06. Since returning I have started Exit 12 Dance Company.

We are a company of dancers and military veterans. We perform contemporary and classical ballet to broaden the audience, open minds and hearts. Create works that deal with difficult themes, like war, and bring them to people dealing with wounds from those themes, whether emotional or physical. We want to appeal to people who don’t usually see dance or search it out to intrigue and surprise them. Our work combines observation, reality and hope.

In addition to performing around NYC to spread our message, we are headed to the Bronx VA Hospital during Veterans Day Week for a free performance for the Vets.
