Had a customer in distress. She went to three stores, including an electronics store looking for a "car kit." I, know nothing about electronics and actually almost panic when asked a question about it, calmed her, and myself, down.
Had absolutely no idea what she meant but had her try to describe it with words and gestures, a mix of Taboo and Charades, and low and behold, I found it for her. She was on her way home from college, long drive, and most grateful. Good one!
