Depression becomes Mentor

Honey, I wore the same mask for years at home, school and work. I was successful at first. Twenty years later, I finally burst for it took all the energy I had to keep going. No more secrets, this is part of me and I need help. Therapy is long but you will feel better than holding in it and painting a smile on. Don't lose yourself. There is a real person you haven't met yet and she's still growing up and needs mentoring. All your pains and pleasures, honey you have become that mentor and you now know better ...... You can change your life by helping that little person inside you........promise. You are not insane!
