My new refrigerator needs to reflect new beginnings that I hope will happen.

When asked to write what was on my refrigerator door, my first response was I couldn't because for the first time in over 20 years, it's totally bare. Last year I moved into my new apartment and over the past year, I never put up any of my old pictures of friends or family. I no longer have any encouraging passages to help curb the eating, think positive, etc. My refrigerator stands pristine white. I've asked myself why?

Overall, I see this move as a fresh start...clean slate. My new refrigerator needs to reflect new beginnings that I hope will happen. I'd like my refrigerator door to have pictures of a new life that includes old and new friends. I hope to add new photos of new travels and new experiences. Instead of the old stale passages, I imagine I'll add new mantras daring me to test myself. To step out of the box and reach for what I want.

For now, the refrigerator stands bare but I absolutely believe I'll be pasting something to it shortly. Stay tuned...
