About me

If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell "it's the story of my life," what would you be talking about?
It seems I have always done things the long, and usually harder, way. I didn't graduate highschool (which amusingly shocks people when they find out) but instead applied to college once I had obtained mature student status. I forced myself into purchasing a condo on my own when I was 23 and by the time I had reached my closing date, I had upgraded with the builder to a single detached two-story 2,100 square foot home with two dogs and a car lease. After dating someone for only a short period, I found out that I was pregnant with my son, kicking our relationship into high gear and providing me with the initiative to acutally stick to a relationship and ultimately to my amazing husband. "The story of my life" is my OWN way and I wouldn't have changed a thing.
(By the way, I haven't dropped the habit of taking side roads and running into lifes bumpy roads and have recently moved my entire family a three and a half hour plane ride away from "home", our family and friends)

In bed I like to read:
period. I just LOVE to read.

Right now, I'm reading:
I'm debating which book to begin at the moment but have just finished 'Work, Women and the Art of Savoir Faire' by Mireille Guilano.
