About me

If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell "it's the story of my life," what would you be talking about?
I am totally broke man! In every way.

Besides SMITH, I read stories at:
The Rumpus, The New Yorker

In bed I like to read:
Books, and more books

My favorite story of all time is:
Last Night In Twisted River by John Irving

Right now, I'm reading:
NO LOGO by Naomi Klein, I'm Sorry You Feel That Way by Diana Joseph

The song that encapsulates the soundtrack of my life is?
The Good Times Are Killing Me -Modest Mouse

If I could have one person read my writing on SMITH it would be?
A Literary agent that loves what I write! More than anything I am hoping that writing about my experience of trying to fight PTSD, and all that, that entails....anxiety, panic, depression, agoraphobia....plus the social stigma, can give comfort to someone out there who is also fighting for their life.
