If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell "it's the story of my life," what would you be talking about?
cutting myself off mid-sentence to stare at a bird flying past.

Besides SMITH, I read stories at:
sorry, not "at," but "in" -- i'm still a fan of actual paper books.

My favorite story of all time is:
how i met my husband. i was a new yorker backpacking in ireland, he was a bavarian backpacking there too. in the kitchen of a kilkenny youth hostel, he asked to borrow my swiss army knife to open his can of beans. that was 18 years ago. we lost the knife, but i still got the beans. :-)
