If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell "it's the story of my life," what would you be talking about?
When something goes wrong in an unexplained kind of way, which happens enough that I have to wonder if these little snags are somehow leading me to a bigger destiny. Or something like that.

"The Great Gatsby" OR "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"
Right now, I'm reading:
"Suite Francaise"; "Blink"; "Sammy's Hill"; back issues of my magazine subscriptions; various short story collections; I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple others.
