About me
If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell "it's the story of my life," what would you be talking about?
Three steps forward, one and a half back!
Besides SMITH, I read stories at:
Too many sites to count {assuming you are talking about the Internet}. Plus I am a bookaholic.
In bed I like to read:
A zillion things: classics, mysteries, thrillers, biographies, humor, magazines, junque. . .love to read in bed, period!
My favorite story of all time is:
As a child, Alice in Wonderland. As an adult, v e r y h a r d to say. Among my more recent faves: The Poisonwood Bible, White Oleander, and poetry books by Sara Claytor, David Messineo, and John Amen. Read so many. . .
Right now, I'm reading:
A thriller by Stephen White. Called Kill Me, and it's great. {I'm reading that one aloud to my husband; also have a pile of books by my bed that I am in the 'middle' of, including humor by the 'Bursting in Flames' fellow. . .blast it all, I can't think of his name. On a lot of lips. Funny as hell!!
Latest Memoir (of 13):
Everybody's craxy but me and er-uh.
- Everybody's craxy but me and er-uh.
- Add sunshine and dandelions and stir.
- Don't eat sugar. I inhale it!
- I read. I wrote. I survived.
- Whipped found solace in the moon.
- Couldn't have been me did that.
- Bad start, middlin' middle, rockin' finale.
- Like they say: chemistry, chemistry, chemistry!
- Walk in warm rain pure nirvana.
- No more bad boys for me:_.
- I love veggie burgers. Soy me!
- Ain' over 'til it is over!
- Best of times. Worst of times.
