About me
If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell "it's the story of my life," what would you be talking about?
A middle child of six, born into a Catholic family in Philadelphia, to an emotionally unavailable mother and a narcissistic father...groomed to become a classic codependent/woman who 'loves' too much, hit bottom in fourth marriage, found self-love... became a true adult...and then a writer of children's book, to give back what I've learned.
Besides SMITH, I read stories at:
Various publications
In bed I like to read:
I don't get too far reading in bed...I have a Tempurpedic and lots of comfy pillows ;)
My favorite story of all time is:
The Shawshank Redemption
Right now, I'm reading:
How to Be An Adult, by David Richo, and I Know This Much Is True, by Wally Lamb
