Of course, if I were to say I didn't find him attractive, it would be a complete and utter lie.
When "Jason":http://www.jasondohring.com/ talks to you, it's as if you're the only two people in the room.
I don't mean that in some fan-girlish way. I also don't mean to sound like I'm squealing, "Oh, my God, he totally just looked at me!" No, I don't think I've suddenly and magically become the only girl for him, that he's suddenly thought that I'm the hottest thing on the planet and perfect for him and he must have me now.
I don't think he's fallen in love with me. He has a very beautiful, very nice wife, and though I know nothing of his personal life (nor do I want to--it's, you know, personal), they seem to be very happy. Of course, even if he were single I would hold no such illusions.
I've also not fallen in love with him, or even in lust. Of course, if I were to say I didn't find him attractive, it would be a complete and utter lie. He's very attractive, to put it mildly! Those looks, that hair, those muscles trapped inside that tight shirt, his arm around you for a photo op, those eyes!
Where was I? Oh, right. When Jason talks to you, it's as if you're the only two people in the room. It's the eyes that do it, and his posture. Anyone who says body language is meaningless has never met Jason Dohring. He's simply...intense. When he talks to you, he stands straight and looks right at you; his brown eyes are intense as he looks and speaks to only you.
It's entirely possible, of course, that he's thinking of something completely different. Perhaps he's running through a script in his mind, or working through a to-do list; perhaps he's completely bored or wishing we would just shut up. Maybe he was wishing he were anywhere else than in a room full of strange women. He _is_ an actor, after all. And while he seems like the nicest guy on the planet (well, maybe second to his co-star Jordan Belfi), I'm not about to fool myself into thinking I actually know him.
Despite anything else he may be thinking, however, he makes you feel like you matter. He answers you in all the right places, with all the right responses, and he watches you with that intense stare.
And you feel like you're the only two people in the room.
I met Jason Dohring ("Moonlight", "Veronica Mars") twice - once in Chicago in 2008 and again in London in 2009 (where this photo was taken). It was a great experience! No embarrassing moments (at least with the stars!) and a perfect gentleman.
