Wicked Witch

My childhood memories include trick-or-treating in my apartment building. What made this special was that it was the home of Margaret Hamilton, the actress who played the Wicked Witch of the West!

She was a delightful woman, approachable, friendly, and ready for Halloween candy seeking children. She would wear a costume and give candy generously.
