Wiki Prankster: “My Bad”

So says the guy behind the fake Wikipedia entry which claimed that Nashville, TN journalist John Seigenthaler was involved in the Kennedy assassinations, turning that man’s life upside down and spurring an international debate about Wiki’s reliability. Turns out the prankster was just trying to mess with co-worker of his at a Nashville delivery company, not mess with Seigenthaler’s life. The BBC reports on the apology here.
